The fitting in our wedding showroom is free, but there are some nuances depending on the time of the reservation:

Evening hours from Wednesday to Friday (from 16:00 to 18:00) and on Saturday (from 09:00 to 18:00) require a reservation fee of 70 PLN. This amount is credited towards the cost of the chosen dress if the purchase is made, but it is not refunded in case of visit cancellation.

At other times when the showroom is open, fittings remain free of charge, and no additional fee is required.

We’ve set up this system to guarantee a comfortable time slot for each bride during busy hours. You can choose the most convenient booking option for you. For clarification on available times, please contact us by phone or through the online form.

The showroom is open every day except Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, without a break. Depending on the workload, sometimes the showroom opens its doors to clients on Sunday as well, but fittings are available only by prior appointment.

Yes, our showroom offers wedding dress rental services. Only specific models from our collection are available for rent, and alterations to the dress to fit individual measurements are not provided. Rental conditions:

• Duration: 5 days (you pick up the dress 2 days before the wedding and return it 2 days after the event).
• Cost: 70% of the dress price. An additional deposit of 30% of the dress price is required, which will be refunded if the dress is returned in perfect condition.
• Deposit return: Light dust on the hem of the skirt is acceptable. In case of severe stains or damage (such as fabric tears), the cost of dry cleaning and repairs will be deducted from the deposit.

This service is a great option for those who want to enjoy their wedding day in a luxurious dress while keeping their budget intact.

All models in the showroom are available in a single copy, but with a wide size range from size 34 to 48. Therefore, you will definitely be able to try on dresses in your size.

If the model you choose is not available in your size, we will check its availability in stock or the possibility of ordering it to be made.

Our online portal offers a wide selection of over 1000 models, and it's physically impossible to have all of them available in the showroom.

However, we have many models in stock, and we will definitely find your ideal one from our available assortment. If it's not physically available in the showroom, you can place an online order by paying a 50% deposit, and once it's delivered from the warehouse, you can try it on in the showroom.

Of course, you can bring a support group with you to the fitting! However, we recommend limiting it to close people, such as parents, your fiancé, or your most trusted friends. A large number of people might complicate the decision-making process, as opinions can differ, and your fitting requires a comfortable and calm atmosphere. Additionally, the price of a dress may change. We always strive to keep prices at an affordable level, but due to changes in material costs and other factors, the price of this model—and dresses in general—may increase. Such price increases can be significant.

This service adds an additional 1500-2500 PLN to the price of the dress. During the fitting, we will determine the best option.

The production time depends on the complexity of the dress and the model chosen. Usually, the production of a standard dress takes between 8 to 12 weeks. If you opt for the "Custom-made by measurements" service, it may take up to 16 weeks. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure that your dress is ready on time and without stress.

In our showroom, we have 2 types of fittings: The standard fitting lasts 1.5 hours. This time is enough for:

Choosing a dress (if not chosen in advance). Trying on several models and finding the IDEAL one. Placing the order.

The VIP fitting, which is allotted more time — 2 hours, allows for:
