Return
We accept the goods for return within 14 days from the day of delivery.
The returned goods shall comply with our return policy:
- The goods which are subject to return shall not be worn, damaged, or used; all labels and original packages shall be attached.
- The items from the final sale can not be returned unless the goods delivered to you are damaged or defective.
- The shoes and the accessories shall be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags (if they are available) and shall be placed in the protection box at the return.
- Please do not make marks on the bottom of the shoes during trying on and do not damage the shoe box. Shoes shall be returned with the original label.
- We do not accept returns of goods which were worn or dirty.
- Jewelry shall be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered including all branded packages and the documents attached to them.
- The customized goods can not be returned because they were created according to your specification excluding the cases when the delivered goods are damaged or faulty.
The list of the non-repayable goods:
- wedding and evening dresses because their design is similar to underwear
- garters
- gloves
- underwear, corsets, clothes with corsets, clothes for seaside wear
We ask you to be careful when trying on your purchases. Please return them in the same condition in which you obtained them.
Any returns which do not comply with our policy shall not be accepted.
As to the returned goods, we recompense the price paid for the returned goods withholding payment for delivery there and back.
We do not recompense the cost of delivery, delivery insurance, or taxes paid at the moment of delivery.
We propose a flexible return policy in order to make purchases more convenient for our customers.
We track the number of returns, and we reserve the right to close your Bridal Space account or limit your future orders if your behaviour during return violates our Return Policy.
If you want to terminate an agreement you have to contact the manager who supported your order and inform him/her about it.
Refund to the bank card is possible if you paid for the goods via a bank card on the website. You should not provide additional details in such a case.
Money will be repaid to your current account if you paid the order via bank transfer as the legal entity. Refund is carried out upon provision of all necessary details (MFO (sort code), YEDRPOU (Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine), ITN (individual tax number), current bank account etc.). You can obtain this information from the bank that services you, and the manager of the online store will provide you with the full list of necessary details.
The term of crediting the monetary assets to the card or current account after receipt of the returned goods and return processing depends on the bank and may last from 3 to 7 banking days.
