Zakupiłam suknię ślubną przez sklep internetowy, ponieważ byłam z drugiego końca Polski a cena w lokalnych salonach tej samej sukni była 2x większa. Panie zadzwoniły do mnie i były bardzo pomocne. Chciały nawet pomóc w wyborze rozmiaru online (lecz ja już wiedziałam jaką potrzebuję, ponieważ już ją przymierzałam wcześniej). Poinformowały, że będzie szyta i dopiero za 3 miesiące gotowa - dla mnie idealnie, lokalnie była mowa o 8 miesiącach oczekiwania (KOSMOS!). Na bieżąco, jak pojawiały się jakieś pytania otrzymywałam od razu odpowiedzi. Jestem w totalnym szoku za pełen profesjonalizm, podejście do mnie jako klienta online. Jestem bardzo wdzięczna Paniom! Przed samą przesyłką jeszcze raz sprawdzone były dane do przesyłki. Naprawdę jestem zachwycona i mimo moich ogromnych obaw jestem na TAK.
